Can I exchange my item? Yes, absolutely. If the fit or style isn't quite right, we'll help you swap it. Just make sure the item is: 1.Completely unworn, unwashed, and untried.
2.In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Consider it a hassle-free do-over to find your perfect fit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee on your first innerwear order.
If you're not 100% in love with the feel, we'll issue a full refund or replacement. No drama, no questions asked. Just ensure the items are:
1 . Unused and unwashed.
2 . In their original packaging with tags.
Note: This is a special perk for our first-time customers. It applies to innerwear categories only. It's not applicable during major sale events.
Need a different size or color? Easy exchanges are always available for any size, fit, or color issue. Just a heads-up: if you need a second exchange on the same order, a ₹100 shipping fee will apply.
What if I received a damaged product?
That’s on us, and we’ll make it right.

2.Attach a few clear photos of the issue.
3.Please keep the item unworn and unwashed.
We’ll get a fresh replacement out to you, ASAP.
Received the wrong item?
Oops, our mistake. Let's fix that immediately.
Email us at hello@onskin.in within 14 days with photos of what you received. We’ll send you the correct product and arrange a pickup for the incorrect one. Just keep it unused for us.
How does the 'Perfect Fit' guarantee work for packs?
It's simple: Try one, keep one. Say you order a 3-pack and try one on. That piece is yours to keep, no matter what. If the size feels off, just reach out and we’ll exchange the other two unworn pieces for a full new pack in your correct size. Easy.
When we can't accept a return or exchange: We have to keep it fair for everyone, so returns/exchanges aren't possible if:
- It’s requested after 14 days of delivery.
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
- It was damaged by misuse (e.g., a laundry mishap).
- The original packaging or tags are missing.
- The product returned isn't what we originally shipped.
