• If it arrives damaged: That's our fault, and we'll fix it. Email us at hello@onskin.in with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll ship a replacement right away.
• If it gets damaged later: All clothing experiences wear and tear over time. However, if you feel an item wore out much faster than it should have, please email us with details. we care about your comfort and we’ll do our best to sort things out.
